LEGAL CONTACT
Legal & DSA Contact
GroovyShelves is an independent, non-commercial project operated by Jeff Sundin in Sweden. The contact information below is provided for general legal questions and, if and to the extent the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) applies to GroovyShelves, for communications under that framework.
1. Contact point for users
The general electronic contact point for GroovyShelves users is groovyshelves@proton.me. If Article 12 DSA applies to GroovyShelves, this address also serves as the electronic contact point for recipients of the service. Messages sent to this address are reviewed by a person and do not rely solely on automated tools.
Depending on the issue, users can also choose the dedicated reporting channel that best fits the concern:
- signed-in members can use the in-app Report action for supported profiles and reviews; and
- anyone can use the public Report illegal content form for a notice concerning specific content believed to be illegal.
For privacy and data-protection requests, see the Privacy Policy.
2. Contact point for authorities
Authorities can contact GroovyShelves at groovyshelves@proton.me. If Article 11 DSA applies to GroovyShelves, this address also serves as the single electronic contact point for Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services.
For DSA-related authority communications, please identify the sending authority and use a clear subject such as DSA authority communication. The address supports direct electronic communication concerning the application of the Digital Services Act.
3. Languages
GroovyShelves accepts legal and, where applicable, DSA communications in Swedish and English. Swedish is the official language of the Member State in which GroovyShelves is operated, and English is also accepted.
4. Illegal-content notices
The contact point above does not replace the dedicated public notice-and-action mechanism. Notices about specific content believed to be illegal can be submitted through the Report illegal content form without a GroovyShelves account. The form is designed to collect the information required by notice-and-action frameworks such as Article 16 DSA where applicable.
5. Emergency matters
These contact channels are not emergency services. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service.
